The accomodation was very nice. The hosts were more than wonderful, very friendly and welcoming, always ready to talk to us, give us some helpful advice. The apartment was comfortable, we had an attic that you had to climb to with a ladder, very fun for the kids. It is very well equipped, you have everything you need. It is emerged in olive and fig trees and the view from our apartment was amazing, facing the coastline and the beautiful sea. The owners had a lot of cats in the yard so our kids had a lot of fun playing with them. Mrs Stella went beyond hospitality and baked us a chocolate cake, which we really enjoyed eating with a cup of coffee on our splendid terrace.

Alex , the owner, was an amazing host . Local recommendations, very kind . The place has amazing views to the sea , quite , silent and comfortable. Mountains behind the property are unbelievable, beautiful Mediterranean landscape . Very good value for the money . Alex offer local boat trips around the area .

Perfectly located a short step from the beach, restaurants and bars. Sea views on both sides and all of the adorable Greek cats that would come visit. The nicest little beach with crystal clear water, you can swim to two other beaches with beach bars etc and saw great things snorkelling too.

Everything was amazing!!!! The location and also the place ! The most popular places and beaches were really close by car or by foot if you like (I did it and it was 1 hour walking). The hostess was so friendly and always there whatever we need. You feel like home. See you next year ! :)

Hi David this is my review of our stay. Please feel free to alter as required! I have forgotten the name of the place, think it’s ‘my Ikarian home’ The accommodation is a spacious two bedroom apartment very close to the lovely village of Polykarpos. The apartment is spotless and has a well equipped kitchen and washing facilities. There is a lovely garden area to sit in with fabulous views down to the sea. The friendliness of the host, Anne Marie is nothing short of exceptional. She has a wealth of knowledge of the local area and nothing was too much trouble in making our stay enjoyable. The location is great being in a quiet peaceful area but within a two minute walk of the small but well stocked supermarket and local restaurants. We would highly recommend …..

The house is cosy, with a comfortable bed and modern touches, full kitchen and amenities. Outside, there's a small garden with some fruits and vegetables that can be consumed (tomatoes, watermellon, etc)!
