Amazing family owned hotel. Facilities are amazing, they look exactly like the pictures. The location is super good. Out of the way of the crowded places and very well connected. Hosts are super kind. They let us check in early since the apartment was ready. We used the jacuzzi during the day and night and water was always warm. Toilettries, linen and towels were on spot. The kitchen is small but works if you cook for 4 people. The host told us where to park the car for free in the neighbourhood since the hotel is located in a foot only section of the village.

The Villa was beautiful with everything we needed. Our Host was great, he allowed an early check in for us & a late check out. He also arranged a catamaran cruise for us which was the highlight of our trip. He even met us on the day to ensure we found our transfer ok. Our host arranged or airport transfer, and also met us as we were checking out. All in all, a lovely helpful host, beautiful villa & great facilities. We will be returning & recommending to friends. Thankyou so much!

Kalimera! Fantastic staff, location and services. We overall like the accommodation, transfer from the airport at 4am in the morning, the day tour offered, and the location is perfect, only a minute walk to the bus stations. Nice departure to do your hiking from Fira to Oia, in the early morning. Free hot beverage upon arrival and also after you checked out. We love this place and the family who managed it. We will come back for sure. :)

The apartment is in a very nice location, from the balcony you could see a great view of the sea. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. nice bathroom. Especially impressed with the host, very nice and friendly person, helped with pick up from/to the airport. Also the employee who met us was very kind and helpful. I liked to get fresh drinkalbe water in the room. Thank you!

Lovely decor, fully equipped kitchen, separate raining shower from the bathroom and a lovely private outdoor pool. Private parking is also useful. The villa AMERSA is close to a lot of beautiful destinations in the island. In the village there are very nice traditional taverns. An exceptional choice for your next visit in Santorini.

    The staff were fantastic. Always contactable with any questions or if something wasn’t working, especially the cleaner Mrs Tamy. She kept the place very clean and did a thorough job, on hand every day whether we wanted a full clean or just the bins emptying. The villa was beautiful, beds were very comfortable and the pool was bigger than it looked in the pictures.

    Wonderful villa, exceptionally clean with everything you need. Host was fantastic and we had a great stay. The pool area is lovely with beautiful big day beds and the outdoor dining area superb. We were a group of 9 and the space was perfect for us although there is room for more. The location is wonderful in the centre of the island. I would recommend getting a car. Thira is 6-7 minutes drive. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Highly recommend.

    The two stories villa almost like tiny houses. Very comfortable. Everything been thought well and design well. Jacuzzi on the second level added value. Peace, tranquility. Great breakfast. The owner very helpful. It is a best place for relaxation after our full on trip in 2 weeks. Definitely recommend this hotel

    beautiful villa with private pool, great comfortable bed and beautiful interior design. at night very quiet. The host is very kind, always there to help if needed, and gave us lots of tips to enjoy the stay. Every two days, the cleaner would come and clean the villa, plus change all towels, that was a real treat.
