Imagine walking into a brand new room and feeling like you are its first guests - everything spotless and decorated with so much taste. It turned out this was the second season since the opening of this truly boutique hotel. They do deep cleaning after each guest so the impression is that you are the first guest to walk in. And I am a guests who dreams of such impeccable cleanliness in each and every corner of the accommodation. All the staff were very polite and the welcome non-alcoholic drink (as we traveled with kids) was a nice thoughtful touch. Enjoyed some tasty cocktails there at night and amazing rich breakfast in the morning! The suite had everything we needed. Location is great. It is right across the road from a very serene sandy beach with sunbeds and umbrellas/ trees. And there are other more popular (and crowded) but excellently organized beaches within just a few short minutes by car. The sunset at the beach pier is stunning! We will visit again.

Fabulous location- close to the see, but in the same time very quite. Everything was very decent : clean rooms, tasty food, friendly staff. There is an interior swimming pool- perfect for activities with kids during mid-day when is too hot for staying at the sea. We are coming back to this location for the 5th time in last 10 years- it’s nice to see how property is continuously maintained and service quality is almost same as in 2014 ( though it lost the familiarity of the owner ) ☺️

    splendid location almost in center, just 5 minutes on foot. 150-200 meters far from ferry port. close to supermarkets. Ms Diamonde, landlady, was a very kind, helpful and genial woman. daily cleaining. towels were changed daily as well. free parking outside the villa and no need to move your car to go to center. maybe for shopping since you will have bags to carry but supermarkets have also plenty of free parking spots. everything was excellent. nothing negative. good option for a family of 2+1.

    The villa is more than lovely. Fully equipped with everything you need, clean, in a quiet location. It is close to the centre and the port. The hosts were very helpful, the pool is cleaned every day by them. They are available if needed. We recommend to all who want to have a great holiday.

    The villa was quite comfortable with a nice, spacious terrace that overlooks the main road on the island and has a wonderful view towards the sunset. Every necessity was closeby - lots of small shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants etc. Plenty to see and experience. We had a lovely time.

    The best place to live in limena!! The house is exactly like the pictures. Is fully equipped with everything you need. Very close to the town and to the other villages in the island!! The host is really helpful and very kind. Definitely recommend this place!! We will see you again for sure 🙂 thank you for everything.

    The villa and the rooms are clean and comfortable. In the two-room units, there is only one air conditioner, but the good thing is that it works even when you leave the room. I rated it 9/10 only because it’s a bit of a walk to the city center, which can be difficult with kids, so you need to drive and can’t consume alcohol. Otherwise, it's pleasant.
