A wonderful spacious villa, with a magnificent view and a perfect pool. The view both at night and during the day was breathtaking. The pool was excellent and enjoyed it to the max! The beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The host was truly very kind and helpful. Would totally recommend staying here, a true gem of the area!

We had a wonderful stay at Leonidas Studios & Apartments in Georgioupolis. We felt very comfortable from the very first moment. We stayed in the newest room, which was beautifully designed and really well equipped. Everyone was extremely friendly, and the owners took such great care of us throughout our stay. The hotel bar just around the corner serves fantastic cocktails and delicious coffee – perfect to start or end the day. We would definitely love to come back and can highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Clean and very comfortable apartment. 2 bedrooms, nice living room and very well equipped kitchen. It has a large bathroom with all the necessities in there. Towels and bedsheets were changed once during our 1 week stay and the apartment was also cleaned. There were also supplies in the kitchen like olive oil, sugar, spices, pasta. Same in the bathroom you can find at hand still valid hygiene products recycled from others staying there before. ( We were missing the hairdryer but we got a brand new one early in the morning the next day). The apartment has 2 TVs, 3 air-conditioning, one in each room. You also can find a good book to read. The location is just great, above their own local products shop, very close to a nice beach with fine sand and children appropriate sea water. Also you can find around many taverns and restaurants with great meals and quite affordable. It is also close to small supermarkets very well supplied. At walking distance you have nice objectives: a small church at the end of a stone deck into the sea, miniature constructions location, a river that goes into the sea. Georgeopoulis is also great for its location: close to Kourna lake, Chania, Rethimno and easy access by car to the great beaches of Crete like Preveli, Elafonissi. Also it was not difficult at all to find a parking slot nearby at any time of the day. We, a family with 2 kids ( 10 and 13), found the apartment the best solution for us.

Stayed in villa Olive from 21/06/2024 to 05/07/2024, it has a big terrace with views of the mountains and the lovely pool. Vamos in the western part of Crete feels more authentic than the eastern part were we stayed previously. There are many restaurant's within a short stroll from the villa serving authentic Cretan food. Also beaches are very easy assessable within a 15 to 20 minute drive. The host’s communication was excellent, they sent clear directions to the villa and even left us some snacks on arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. The place was spotless, the views were absolutely breathtaking, and it was so peaceful. There are also two great restaurants nearby, which made dining out easy and enjoyable. I was genuinely impressed with the whole experience and would definitely stay here again.

Although it is 7 km from the beach it is a superb location with beautiful sea views, large clean pool. We had impeccable support from the lady. Villa is equipped with everything needed for a family. Outside by the pool there is a terrace with table and barbecue where you can spend the afternoon in peace. Worth the 10+ and we will be back with great pleasure.

    Very nice stay ! Location is 2 mn away from the village by car. Easy to communicate with Maria via whatsapp. The appartment is as described on the pictures and the pool is very nice and big enough. But you can't use the bar. You have the minimum in the kitchen but for a short stay is enough.

    The villa was absolutely fantastic, the pool was wonderful with the hot weather, there are great beaches close by as well as great restaurants and to top it all off, Jen and her family treated us so well with fresh vegetables from their garden and flexibility with our check in and check out times. We will 100% be coming back when we get the chance!

    This was my second stay at this lovely, friendly, family run hotel. Situated on the edge of the village it is quiet and peaceful, but a short walk takes you easily to the beach or the village centre with it's shops and tavernas. My room was clean, cool, quiet and airy and the pool and gardens are absolutely beautiful. The owners and all of their staff are so friendly and welcoming and I would stay there again with no hesitation. Thank you all for a lovely, peaceful holiday.
