Pool is fine, my 6yo learned to swim there on the first day so we could drop the inflatable safety gadgets. Porec and other seaside towns and the aquacolors water slide park are easy to reach by car. Separate levels, 2 restrooms on top floor 1 down. The outside grill was working fine with charcoal, you can also find firewood nearby. I would highlight the warm welcome , the lovely hosts who took great care of us. The house itself is very well equipped and has 3 balconies , bbq possibilities etc.. huge benefit is the location walking distance to old town :) overall super !
