Right in the centre if town, with pub and supermarket right across the road. Playground and shop also super close. And of course the Barrow river that offers peaceful walk to next village. Nice warm house you want to come and relax. The village is historical and beautiful. Make sure you go for a boat ride also for a walk, there are many hidden gems. The grounds are stunning—filled with flowers, herbs, trees, and songbirds. The apartment had everything one needs for a short stay. Breakfast which is stocked in the refrigerator is fresh and delicious. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, including picking us up at the train station.
