It was only a few minutes' walk to the town. The host was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about things to do in the area as well as restaurants to eat at. He was very accommodating to our schedule, allowing us to store our bags when arriving early and leaving late. The rooms were very comfortable. The coffee in-room fresh coffee was much appreciated. The property was lovely and the location (between Kinsale and Cork City) was perfect. The small village center has a convenience store, petrol station, coffee shop, chippy, and a small pub.
