The location is just perfect. There are no stores around and closest city is a short drive away, but the nature surounding the flat was just incredible. We enjoyed the hotspring pools right on the other side of the street, there was sheep walking around the house in the evenings. A little terrace to sit outside was just a joy after a day’s drive. The flat is actually really spacious, we travelled in a group of 4 people and had enough space for everyone. Would certainly come back!

Facilities very new, clean, cosy and nicely decorated. Kitchen very well equipped. Dining / breakfast area with very large windows and stunning view over the fjord and arctic sterns flying around. Beds very comfortable. See picture for view from the hotel room (on the other side of the house, view is on mountains). Location mesmerizing - 360 degree stunning view. Host welcoming, discreet and helpful. Natural hot bath just opposite the house with stunning view over the fjord.

I loved everything about my stay here. I got a room with a beautiful view of the beach, I could see the sunset, the sea, the sheep, the moonlinght and the stars. It looked like a dream, honestly! I would recommend this place a hundred times and also will stay here again at some point.

Very spacious, beautiful place, even you have other houses nearby, but once you step in Aegisholt you have a feeling you are there on your own. You have private hot tub, which was a very nice touch after a long day. Garden space and large terrace. Car next to your door. Easy self check-in/check-out. Very comfortable beds. The guesthouse is in a pleasant harbour side location. It has been tastefully furnished and is a good blend of contemporary and traditional. There are nice areas for relaxing, fresh coffee on tap and a small kitchen area if you want to 'do it yourself'. There is however a nice, reasonably priced restaurant next door. Toilets and showers are modern and clean with a good selection of toiletries. Our room had a lovely view over the harbour. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice including home made cakes which were different on the two days we stayed.

We loved the location, the place itself and the attention to detail to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Maria went out of her way to provide a little bed pillow chocolate which was a lovely touch to make us feel so welcomed. Even after we left, we had an incident and Maria came to the rescue to help us!
