This apartment is amazing. Everything is well thought out and super clean. The panoramic views from different sides are stunning. The rooms are warm and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped, which is very convenient. The owners also have a stable with cute horses. Overall, it's a great place.

We loved the style and beautiful view. As we were alone in the part of the building, we had the common entrance and resting area only for ourselves. The room has everything we needed, we cooked warm up our food, we could prepare a tea and coffee. Great communication, we received the access code immediately after the booking.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gaukshof! 🌟 The property is full of charm, with a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. Our room was clean, comfortable, and cozy , perfect for a relaxing night after exploring the area. The location is great, offering both tranquility and easy access to nearby sights. Lovely, clean and superbly organized guesthouse. The best hosts you can imagine. So kind and friendly, always giving us the best advice on where to go and what to do. Our 10 year old loved staying here too. If Loas Nest is available on your dates, dont hesitate, just go ahead and book it. We would go back in a heartbeat and we hope to see Unnar and his wife again either in Iceland or in Norway.

The cabin is very spacious and incredibly clean. Seamless contact with the owner and internet access. Kitchen fully equipped with kitchen appliances, possibility of temperature regulation. Great view, beautiful surroundings for a short or longer trip. The outdoor shower despite the cold nights works great, we will gladly come back at the next opportunity.
