This was a great room in a very isolated part of Iceland. With a view out over the fjord and close to the local amazing hot pool it was great. Hardly anyone in town or in the hot pool. The birds were amazing!

The two cottages that we booked for our family group were perfect for our needs - well appointed and very comfortable. They were a much appreciated stopping off point on our Route 1 road trip and a great opportunity to prepare a few meals for ourselves. The location is stunning and extremely easy to find with plenty of parking.

Perfect, quiet and beautiful location. The room was much nicer than we expected! the pictures in Bookings are not as good as the reality! very quiet we slept like babies! The location is simply stunning. If you like beautiful scenery away from everything, this is the place to stay. The house itself is amazing and the rooms are lovely and spacious. We were lucky as the night was clear when we stayed there and we had the opportunity to see the northern lights which added to what was already a very special experience. I visited Iceland three times and stayed in various places and this was hands down my favourite.
