Such a charming place. Everything was great! The room, conversation with hosts, info about the stay was clear with a lot of details, classic Italian breakfast with the best tasty pistachio croissants. Welcoming heart warm owners. Beautiful villa with top class hotel readiness but yet with warm and homely interior. Classy home made breakfast. Went to Albavilla from Como with bus and to get to hotel we had a lovely walk trough small roads up the hill - Perfect location to rest and walk around small village besides mountainy forest area.

Super easy to find, clear instructions. Pass key to get in was a bit confusing. For unlocking you need to turn the handle right a few times and for locking you need to turn the handle a few times to the left. Other than that, the place is incredible. I would love to come back. So peaceful
