Welcoming heart warm owners. Beautiful villa with top class hotel readiness but yet with warm and homely interior. Classy home made breakfast. Went to Albavilla from Como with bus and to get to hotel we had a lovely walk trough small roads up the hill - Perfect location to rest and walk around small village besides mountainy forest area.

Such a charming place. Everything was great! The room, conversation with hosts, info about the stay was clear with a lot of details, classic Italian breakfast with the best tasty pistachio croissants. The host, Stefano, was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was comfortable with all the amenities, with extra pillows. There‘s Wifi and TV, Heater and Aircon if you need one. It‘s spacious and the bathroom was also clean. There‘s also mini fridge inside the room, water heater and expresso machine. Bottled waters and snacks were also free which I really appreciate. The location was just a few minutes away from Como Lago train station and the bus stop. There‘s also grocery store nearby. What I love the most about this place is that the lake is just in front of it and you can take a stroll whenever you want. I‘ll definitely come back!
