We stayed only one night but the location is magnificent, on top of the hill, away from the noice of the streets. Very beautiful landscape for breakfast in the terrace. The owners are kind and friendly. The rooms clean and comfy A 30 mins walk can lead you to the lake ruffino, and also in 10 mins by car you can arrive at good restaurants in the proximity of the lake.

Very cosy place, we had the whole house for ourselves, inside the house everything was perfect, clean, little details, really all you need. A nice area for children to be outside. Very helpful owner Lucilla, available per WhatsApp day and night, had many recommendations, answered all questions. A bottle of local wine and grapes as a welcoming gift. Super nice kitchen ladies, made delicious breakfast and very friendly!!! Breakfast was super good - both sweet and Savory dishes.

This was a really great stay. Property was clean, and the beds very comfortable. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a reasonable size, sufficient for 2 adults. Would have no hesitation in recommending the property and would certainly stay there again.

    A completely wonderful place to stay in this stunning little town, Amandola. Our room in this elegant villa looked down on the town and out towards the mountains. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was superb.

    Beautiful red stone villa. Most comfortable bed I had in 2 months of travel. Very modern internally but kept the 1920s charm. Has USB outlets! Decent breakfast and dinner was tasty and a great deal. I’m planning on returning. Note: when making the final approach signs point both left and right. GO RIGHT.

    Fantastic location, the view from the roof terrace was amazing. Our host was friendly, helpful & informative. Very enjoyable breakfast & dinner with local wines enhanced our stay. Villa delle Rose is beautiful, Amandola is steeped in history. We shall return to explore the surrounding area further next spring.

    Great location. 10 minute walk into the village. Our room was large with fantastic views. Breakfast excellent with plenty of variety. Host, friendly and informative about the area. Evening meal was amazing 🤩 Setting outside beautiful.

    A delightful place—a beautifully restored villa in a spectacular mountain location. Wonderful hosts, who provided all sorts of amenities and support, including dinners and drop off and pickup for my hike. It felt like I was a part of the family. The historical town is intriguing and the restaurants were excellent. The mountain landscapes and flora and fauna were even better than I expected.

    The villa is large with a fantastic covered veranda that has spectacular views over the beautiful surrounding countryside to the mountains beyond. It is about halfway between Amandola and Sarnano which makes it a great location for visiting both towns and the Sibilini national park. The bedrooms have nice antique furniture.

    A beautiful view and a very relaxed environment. The room was comfortable, and we enjoyed all the seating areas on the property. The owner freely shared his knowledge, and nothing was too much to ask. The village is a short walk away. Supper and breakfast were very good.
