even if I was late with check-in, the host was very understanding. Due to an error at the reception, our room was allocated to another guest, but the problem was solved with great professionalism and we received a bigger room for the same price. The bed was very confortable, the place is really quiet! Mrs. Luciana is very professional and hospitable. We will come back with great love!

Fantastic place with an incredible view on Sauris lake. Suites are very large, confortable, design and very well equipped. Massimo is a very very nice guy, explaining the story of the lake and of the hotel and recommending good places to eat. Super breakfast with local products. 10000% satisfied, sur I will come back in this little paradise :)

What a beautiful property !!! Lovely host with an incredible view !!!! Host Sonia was wonderful. She went out of the way to make us comfortable. Very patient and polite lady ! She is a wonderful . She let me use kitchen in the night to microwave our meal and free drinks too . She has an eye for details . Wonderful stay . Such a shame we stayed one night . Morning breakfast is delightful . As we were running late for check in, the hotel management called us to make sure everything was okay. When we arrived, we were accompanied to our room and given a tour of the beautiful suite and facilities. It was a perfect spot from which to explore Sappada on foot. We were offered suggestions on dining in the area, given a map with a suggested walking itinerary as well as some interesting history on the village. We really enjoyed the 24 hour breakfast as well.
