The apartment is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Furniture in perfect condition. Decor elements create home comfort and there is no feeling that you are away from home. The hosts are responsive, caring, respond immediately to messages. The apartment have everything you need and even more. We didn't need anything. Everything was at hand from kitchen utensils to air conditioning, ironing supplies. Towels are white, in all required sizes. Bed linen is fresh. The bathroom is large and bright. There is a shower and a small bath. The apartment has a lot of wardrobes, chests of drawers, hangers. In general, there is more than enough storage space. Two large balconies: one to the courtyard overlooking the magnificent Italian pine trees, the other to the city clock tower and a piece of the sea) Our almost two-week stay in sunny, blooming Anzio was amazing thanks to the caring owners of these beautiful apartments! Thank you so much for the warmth and incredibly tasty gift on our departure! On the road, we remembered you with gratitude and warmth!

Best hosts we have ever met. Very caring and accommodating to our family. We were pleasantly surprised by the care we received (the fridge had treats for us and the rooms were very clean). It’s a beautiful house. We had our room on the second floor with the balcony and great view. The room was big enough for 2 people. Owner of the mansion (his name is Angelo) was very helpful and friendly to us. He helped us to find the place and get there from the train station. The place is located near to beach about 2-3 minutes by foot. There are small market and pub near to house. The room looks like on the photo. Highly recommended to stay here 🙂👍

    Stunning place in a great spot in Anzio: this place is a true gem and the owner goes a long way to provide an amazing experience to her guests, like in a true b&b experience.     Great and cozy summer house, good location for visiting area: 50 minutes to Rome, 40 min to Castel Gandolfo, 15 minutes to nice beaches - Nettuno, Anzio.     Lovely modern villa with lots of kerb appeal, inside security gated grounds with lots of parking. Our host was charming and welcoming and the room was, on the face of it fine. There was a large terrace area where we were able to sit in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine in the company of the resident and very friendly Golden Retriever.
