The parking was right outside, so not far to carry our cases/bags. Excellent location in the Tuscan countryside, a short drive from multiple beautiful villages and close to Arezzo, stunning place with a pool, the breakfast was brilliant, we were even give extra cakes and drinks to take away with us. The host was very welcoming and great to chat too. He prepares breakfast from scratch every morning sourcing locally produced ingredients and goods so everything is always fresh. It is always served in the beutiful ancient halls of the villa overlooking the countryside.
