Kalista is a modern, clean and nicely decorated property. They offer a self check in service which was very easy for us. The hotel doesn’t have a reception but the owner was easily contactable and very accommodating to all our needs. There is a bus stop right in front of the property and is located within easy walking distance to all the tourist sights and restaurants in Cagliari.

Nice, very clean, new apartment in the city centre. Virginia, the owner of the apartment has paid attention to all the details, we felt welcomed and like at home. There was even in the fridge some drinks, milk and in the cupboard food for the breakfast. The sheets and towels are good quality. Thank you a lot.

They welcomed me with cookies and coffees. The apartment itself, its interiors, furniture etc. all are very new, modern, and chic especially for its price. Location is great: not directly in the middle of the noisy old town center so that I could sleep so good but also it is only 5-6 minutes walk away from the center. Highly recommended.

    I absolutely loved this place. The area with its excellent public transport and leafy streets filled with flowers, the spacious villa with its murals, my comfortable room with its sparkling clean bathroom and sunny terrace, the elegant common areas filled with antiques and books, the delicoius breakfast with homemade bread and jams, the tasty dinners at the restaurant - but most of all, the wonderful staff who made me feel so welcome and at home. Beautiful place, beautiful people. Thank you!

    A special villa, the first (and highest) built on the poetto beach, built in the late 1920s. It’s really cross road from the beach which is free entrance and, even if a town beach, it’s one of the most beautiful in Sardegna. The villa has a nice garden too. There is a free parking just 50 mt away (probably very busy during summer, it was completely free in early June). Even if expensive it remains a special place where we will probably return. Beautiful terrace.
