If you're planning on visiting the Emilia-Romagna region with a car, without spending a fortune, this place is great. Bologna is ~1h20m away, Modena is ~40-50min away. The place was very spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The furniture is in good shape. Parking is on the street, but there's always a free spot.

Large and clean accommodation with easy, secure parking. Very helpful staff. They helped us book a great last minute parmesan tour. 10 minute walk to the old center with wonderful restaurants & shops. Good breakfast and plentiful.

The apartment was just like in the pictures, which we appreciated a lot. Everything was clean, the amenities were everything we could have hoped for, and the best part, was the host. He did his best to ensure our independent check.in, and was very responsive when we had questions or issues.
