Well that’s a great questions I would have to say the only positive point about this property was the well kept garden, the rest is for sure about 40 years too old and in need of up keeping unless you like to pay high prices for and absolute ridiculous place. I believe in Karma so nothing more to say!

Such a lovely stay in Lioni! Visiting the birthplace of my grandfather and we had such a great time! The hostess was kind and gave us some tips on what to do and see in the town! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet get away.

Friendly host. Apartament lack only wash machine. Everything else is there. Host handover keyfob for gate, so you can park your car inside on the yard which is great in this area. Apartament is clean and comfortable. You can get fresh towels and bedsheet anytime you need. I spent there more than 3 months and this is the best place I stayed in.

beautifully kept rooms in a tranquil mountain region. amazing service with super friendly and accommodating owners. everything was spotless, the included breakfast was ample with everything you could want and the owners always going above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable.

It was a wonderful place to spend vacation! Mary and Davide made us like being at home. The food was soooooo delicious and everything fresh and organic. The room itself was simple but there is enough space in the house/garden to be comfortable. Everything was clean. The pool has an amazing view. We had a wonderful time!

The accomodation is very big, the bed is comfortable and the family is very kind and helpful. The owner even washed and dried our clothes and helped us to carry the bagagge up the stairs. Also we could park our bicycles indoor. The place is in the old town and not far from shops. We stayed a night longer as we felt very cozy there.
