The quiet surroundings were perfect. It's a really good choice to explore the area around (1h to Siena/ Firenze). The village is really small, there was no shop or restaurant opened. Hair detergent and soap in the bathroom. The room was not hot and there is a cooler in the room. The host Max was really friendly and helpful. It was the 70th birthday of a former resident in the village and we were invited. Food and drink were good. Max was involved in organizing the whole event. There was also a family with a handicapped child and they were fully welcoming and supportive to this family. The house is a bit remote, therefore it is very calm. As there are only five rooms, there is enough space for all guests. From every spot of the property you have a nice view into the hills of Tuscany. The furniture and the interior decorations take you back to that time. Free parking right in front of the building in that small square. You have a coffee machine and an Italian breakfast to be taken in your room. Even though it's a small village, the surrounding views are stunning and you can find a few local places to eat.
