Fantastic apartment! Modern, clean, well designed, airy and bright place with everything provided to make for a comfortable stay. As a traveller it is the small things that count and Danilo our host has thought of everything.ie. streaming channels, bottle of wine, drying racks, outdoor setting, 3x small balconies and a well organised bins for garbage. The communication was very clear without being intrusive and the self checkin a bonus. We had no problem with the free parking on the street and the location was perfect. I would highly recommend a stay in Olbios Apartment. Thankyou Danilo

The room and the bathroom is very nice and clean, the bed is very comfortable. The rooms are equipped with all that you need for the stay. There is also a painters studio in the ground floor where the entrance is and it is possible to view the art work. The room is situated in the center of Olbia with good restaurants and cafes all around you, and there was not any noice from outside at bedtime.

I have chosen Sardinia as my holidays treat for my 40th bday and I absolutely loved my stay! The Willa is beautifully maintained and clean with super nice garden and crystal clear swimming pool. I came with my child who absolutely loved splashing in the pool in the mornings. The place is very well connected with public transport and has shops and even Mc Donald in a walking distance. We really enjoyed peaceful and safe Neighbourhood as well. Thanks to lovely staff I received all information regarding commuting before my arrival so could plan ahead and optimise my stay with loads of attractions. My main positive surprise was how clean and well maintained place is. Plus staff is so friendly and helpful going extra mile to make sure that your stay is pleasurable, stress free and you are making most of your holidays! I am definitely going back next year. Definitely recommend. I loved as well the fact that my studio had beautiful and very practical kitchen Amex so as I love to cook my own meals from local amazing products. Lastly, cherry on the top was air con during hot nights and Netflix+FreeWiFi.

Beautifully decorated room with a balcony and not far from the airport. Bus stop #10 is 7 minutes walk away from the accomodation . There is a supermarket , a pharmacy, and some bars and restaurants near by. Very convenient if you have an early flight the next day. Also , a bonus was the coffee machine in the room.

The hotel is just perfect, it has a great location. Our stay was great, the rooms super clean and with daily cleaning service, there was also a coffee machine available, water, teas and snacks. Maria was super kind to us during our stay there, we will definitely come back again if we have the opportunity!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The communication with Rubina was very easy and fast. Easy and clear self check-in instructions. The location was amazing. Everything was within walking distance. The room was very spacious, and spotless clean. Fast wifi, nice balcony and a very nice touch from Rubina to leave us some drinks and snacks upon arrival. I can definitely recommend anyone to stay here!!
