Previously I was attracted by the magnificent cleanliness and comfort of this property. The location of the house and the facilities offered were great. Especially the hospitality shown by the hosts Flippo and Silvia was very nice. We were very comfortable in the house for 2 days, everything was thought of. If I come to Milan again, I know where I will stay!!

We arrived very late after midnight because of unexpected traffic and we were worried because it's not a hotel. But the host had kindly waited until we arrived. If I had been her, I would have fallen a sleep ;) The room is very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The toilet was also spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped! The parking was also very easy, just in front of the building. I can recommend it to anybody who needs comfortable stay!!

The pictures don’t fully show how nice the place is, there are two balconies, one facing onto the street and one facing the courtyard. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed with enough space. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and there was more than enough supplies for all 4 of us in our family including food, towels, shampoo etc. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working so we contacted the host and she quickly replied back to us, trying to efficiently fix the problem. In the end she had to call a technician but she was extremely nice and understanding even though we had a language barrier. The host was absolutely brilliant and we couldn’t ask for anything more the price. The location was in a nice, quiet town with plenty of cafes and pizzerias nearby with a calm atmosphere which was all very easily accessible and well lit during the night. Amazing.

The access to the property was fully automated. The property was extremely clean and comfortable, there was central heating so it was warm everywhere. We had everything we needed, including different options for breakfast with good coffee and tea. Really well furnished and organised! Andrea, our host, was really helpful and supportive all the time. I can’t speak highly enough of this accommodation. Massimo, our host, was welcoming and helpful, available at any time and cooked a beautiful breakfast. The room was comfortable and pleasant, with a balcony and beautiful surroundings. Parking was secure and free. I would recommend staying at this location every time.
