The breakfast was a free coffee and sweet roll at one of three local bars a few steps away from the room. A nice way to start the day! The mattress and pillow was super comfortable. We slept really well. The room was very quiet with windows that eliminate outside noise. A very nice clean and large bathroom with all new fixtures. We loved the furnishings of the room and the high painted ceiling.

House is located in very peaceful area, with beautiful views. Apartment itself is built in local style, so it was a great experience to live there. During our trip to Italy we lived in 5 different places and this was for sure the most beautiful.

Really lovely place, super friendly staff and the grounds man have done a fantastic job with the place. The pool is nice and the seating area is lovely. Highly recommend staying here over than in central Pisa especially if you have a car. We’ve done both and wish we stayed here instead of central the first time. Central & Airport are 10-15 min drive and there is an incredible resturant 4 mins away called Ristoro Risotteria Grigliera that you must check out while you’re here. Rooms are super clean and a decent size. Thank you for hosting us :)

Eclectic villa, vibrantly decorated with many interesting artifacts. Fantastic location 100 metres from the spa, 150 metres from the piazza and local restaurants. A 15 minute walk to the lovely outdoor swimming pool with spectacular Tuscan views Our host, Francesca, was marvellous, she looked after us with many recommendations and directions, we cannot thank her enough. Highly recommended La Casa Rossi, and all the hidden gems Casciana Terme has to offer

We loved staying here! The hosts, Sara and Filippo, are lovely and always available for questions and tips. We spent most days relaxing in the outside areas or around the pool. The location is also perfect to explore the cities around, such as Pisa, Firenze, Lucca. We had the best time and will hopefully be back one day :)

    We loved the fact that it was so peaceful, 3 days of pure relaxation. Maria was most helpful, friendly and was there to greet us at the property along with a wonderful welcome basket of goodies. The villa was clean and very equipped. The pool was the highlight with views of the Tuscan hills, just stunning!

    We had a wonderful holiday in this villa. The villa is in a very quiet location with a lovely garden and pool area. Our rooms were cleaned every day. Most of all I would like to thank Serena, the owner of the villa, she is very kind and gave us lots of tips about places to visit!

    Loved the tranquility of this villa. We had the place to ourselves and enjoyed a home cooked dinner on the veranda by our room. Very clean and Serena was wonderfully helpful to enjoy the area. Small kitchen available. Morning breakfast was great! No issues with the wifi and parking on-site. Close to Pisa, Luca and even Florence. Pool and yard to enjoy.

    The property is a traditional Italian villa which added to the experience. Pool was a great asset given the heat and the fact there is no air conditioning. Clean and spacious with an amazing commercial grade kitchen.

    Beautiful villa, decorated with a lot of thought and with a fantastic view over the valley. Serena was super friendly, kind and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to see. We even got some homemade traditional Easter cake for breakfast. Thank you!
