The hosts have been very friendly at all times. They have taken care of our check-in and have helped us every time we had doubts. The place is beautiful, large, ideal for families or friends because it has large common spaces and rooms as well. It has a very nice park and a fully equipped kitchen to cook if you wish. I am travel by motorcycle and it was a rainy afternoon. I arrived a little bit early and the owner came within 5 minutes to let me in and helped me get settled. He assisted me with the washing machine which I didnt know how to use, Because it was raining, he suggested to use the coin dryer a few km away in town. He graciously offered to drive me. While we waited, we had a delightful conversation and exchanged information on our cultures. I live in Japan. He introduced me to a restaurant in town which I had a wonderful meal later on. The following morning the sky was not looking too great and he said not to worry if I needed to stay past check out time. Motorcycling in the rain isnt fun. The whole experience was like staying at a friend's friends home.

We had a wonderful stay at Bellagio. The small separate house had everything we needed, with the perfect combination of spaciousness and coziness. Although the location was about a 15-minute walk to the coast, the peacefulness and stunning views made the walk an enjoyable experience. Andrea, our host, was incredibly friendly and provided detailed explanations and excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and bakeries. The accommodation was impeccably clean and offered tranquil surroundings with beautiful views of the lake from the green surroundings of the loft. The neighboring family was equally warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in the area.

This place is fantastic—just a 10–15 minute walk to the center of Bellagio. It’s peaceful, clean, and very well-maintained. We had the nicest stay at Picobello. Our room was very spacious and impeccably designed, with a view of the mountains plus our own little balcony. Kaja, one of the hosts, welcomed us and gave us lots of useful tips on how to get around (they have even set up a corner by the entrance with some booklets and guidebooks). In the room we found complimentary sweets and infusions and while we didn't have a kitchen, we had everything else we could need for a meal: a mini fridge, plates, cutlery, cups and napkins. We also appreciated that they had left some umbrellas for the guests to borrow, as we got some rainy days. As for the location, while Mandello isn't exactly one of the most touristic spots, we actually liked it as a getaway from the hustle of other towns along the lake. It still remains perfectly comfortable to get around: you can take direct trains to Varenna, Bellano, Lecco and Milan, or a ferry to Bellagio or Lecco and from there to Tremezzo, Menaggio, Lenno and many more! Picobello itself is just a short walk from both the train and the ferry stations (about 10 min) and just 5 mins from the lake. There's also a number of restaurants close by, and we particularly liked the bakery on Via Alessandro Manzoni (I'd say don't leave without trying their pistacchio cannoli or the mushroom pizza, but really everything was superb and fairly priced.)

A very cozy house with a spacious garden and beautiful mountain views. Quiet and peaceful location, perfect for relaxation. The hosts were welcoming and always ready to help. The property has its own idea and history, which makes the stay even more unique and inspiring. Easy access to the lake and main attractions by car. We were especially grateful for the possibility to stay with our dog (extra cost of 15/20€ per night). Dogs are welcome to enjoy the garden, while the designated toilet area is outside the property — this keeps the garden cozy and pleasant for everyone. Special thanks for the detailed instructions we received in advance on how to find the parking and reach the property.

    Beautiful Villa on a private estate near Bellagio (15 minutes). Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Big living room and nice new kitchen. The villa is fully new decorated and modernised. The kitchen is modern and is provided with all new appliances. Overall the villa gives you an overall feeling of grandeur. Ida is a great Co-host who has a lot of tips and ideas for what to do in the area. She is easy and quick to reach and replies fast on questions. Her office is just a few minutes away.

    It is located in a very cute little village, nice surrounds and easy to park. The hosts were welcoming. The room was very spacious as well as the bathroom. Even though it was hot, leaving the window open after the sunset made the temperature drop and it was good. The breakfast area is super cozy and pretty, simple but with good selection as well.
