I loved the stay at this beautiful modern apartment, right near the beautiful mountains. The hosts made our visit and stay extremely memorable. They even provided us milk and food for the night we reached, without charging us even an extra penny. Free parking and free Wi-Fi were available and smart tv made our life easy with kids. This place is one of the exceptional stays we had during our Euro trip. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

The property is beautiful. The house was clean. The bed was really comfy. The kitchen is good with everything that you need to cook. The terrace was gorgeous. The view to the lake is stunning. Bellagio center was 5 minute by car and about 15 min by walk. The property had a parking spot which was nice. Supermarket is like 2 minute away by car. We had a really great stay at the house. The host is very kind and helpful as well.

We had the nicest stay at Picobello. Our room was very spacious and impeccably designed, with a view of the mountains plus our own little balcony. Kaja, one of the hosts, welcomed us and gave us lots of useful tips on how to get around (they have even set up a corner by the entrance with some booklets and guidebooks). In the room we found complimentary sweets and infusions and while we didn't have a kitchen, we had everything else we could need for a meal: a mini fridge, plates, cutlery, cups and napkins. We also appreciated that they had left some umbrellas for the guests to borrow, as we got some rainy days. As for the location, while Mandello isn't exactly one of the most touristic spots, we actually liked it as a getaway from the hustle of other towns along the lake. It still remains perfectly comfortable to get around: you can take direct trains to Varenna, Bellano, Lecco and Milan, or a ferry to Bellagio or Lecco and from there to Tremezzo, Menaggio, Lenno and many more! Picobello itself is just a short walk from both the train and the ferry stations (about 10 min) and just 5 mins from the lake. There's also a number of restaurants close by, and we particularly liked the bakery on Via Alessandro Manzoni (I'd say don't leave without trying their pistacchio cannoli or the mushroom pizza, but really everything was superb and fairly priced.)

The hosts are exceptionally nice, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, probably even recently renovated. The breakfast was way beyond expectations, definitely hotel level with plenty of options to choose from. Location is really peaceful, quite away from the main road, perfect for relaxing - 45 minutes away from Bellagio, 30 minutes from Como. The small little village with narrow streets feels very cozy, very authentic - loved our time there. Definitely would recommend.

    Beautiful Villa on a private estate near Bellagio (15 minutes). Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Big living room and nice new kitchen. The villa is fully new decorated and modernised. The kitchen is modern and is provided with all new appliances. Overall the villa gives you an overall feeling of grandeur. Ida is a great Co-host who has a lot of tips and ideas for what to do in the area. She is easy and quick to reach and replies fast on questions. Her office is just a few minutes away.

    It is located in a very cute little village, nice surrounds and easy to park. The hosts were welcoming. The room was very spacious as well as the bathroom. Even though it was hot, leaving the window open after the sunset made the temperature drop and it was good. The breakfast area is super cozy and pretty, simple but with good selection as well.
