The guesthouse is even nicer than the photos. The host, Lucia, was very welcoming and nice. It's located in a quiet yet charming part of Tuscany and it's easy to get to from the Pisa airport by car. The room we took was spacious and clean. Bonus points for the breakfast too. The outside garden in the back overlooks the Tuscan views as well and has a nice sitting area to sit and eat. We'll definitely plan to stay there next time we visit the area!

Friendly and responsive host, we had a few issues with wifi connection when we arrived, but it was quickly fixed. Spacious apartment with a bedroom which has AC and comfortable bed, another room with TV and sofa, and a living room with kitchen. As a breakfast we got some food in a fridge from the host which included: eggs, sausages, bacon, milk, a few tomatoes, butter, jam, a few packs of cheese and water. Also, there were some small snacks and a tasty honey as a gift. The parking option is only on the street. The apartment has a washing machine it was a big plus for us. Surroundings are great - a lot of thermal baths and pools, especially, in Montecatini Terme town which is easily accessible by car.

The apartment is located in nature with lots of greenery. The host was waiting for us at the entrance and nicely handed over the keys and explained everything. The apartment had everything needed to cook lunch (salt, sugar, spices, coffee). For breakfast, everything was sweet and salty. Very nice apartment for one or more nights. Vacation in nature without traffic.

Wonderful stay with a wonderful host! The property is beautiful, clean and comfy with an amazing garden and swimming pool. It's all very well taken care of, we were encouraged to try fruit from the tree in the garden. The view is incredible, plenty of space to sit and relax after a day of sightseeing with multiple barbeque facilities around the property. Gina is the loveliest host, we didn't speak Italian and she didn't speak English but we managed to communicate regardless! She's a very warm and helpful person. Everyday she would make us delicious omelettes and delicious coffee along a set up buffet with a freshly baked cake for dessert. The hosts also make their own olive oil, great quality for a great price (we bought 6 litres!). We were welcomed with our puppy who very much approved the garden. Definitely a great stay our family will never forget and always recommend to anyone travelling to this part of Italy! I do recommend to have a car when staying there, to comfortably move around the area as it is quite a distance to the nearest shop/restaurant but that's how to make the best of Tuscany's scenic villages and sightseeing spots anyway.

Hotel La Piana itself is absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful Italian stone house. The surrounding area is breathtaking. Just getting up in the morning to see the sun bathing the hills and valleys with morning light is amazing. The bistro and bar is so charming and the staff is lovely and very accomodating and the dinners the owner makes twice a week is well worth it. The pool area is great as well! The room are beautiful and the AC is a godsend.

    Wonderful host and a quaint little house in a lovely village. We stayed with my 2 little kids during Easter wkend the Gabriella even prepared an Easter themed breakfast with chocolate eggs for the little ones. The village is really lovely as well with some great food with reasonable prices! Definitely recommend this place
