Our stay at Agriturismo Abbazia Sette Frati was exceptional. We traveled as two families (5 and 4 people) and this restored old abbey exceeded our expectations. Sara, Gregorio, and Annalisa were outstanding hosts who transformed our vacation into an unforgettable experience. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made us feel instantly welcome. Sara's attentiveness to detail, Gregorio's helpful presence, and Annalisa's culinary talents created the perfect atmosphere. Annalisa welcomed us with a memorable first dinner that included a custom pistachio birthday cake. The property itself is stunning - an authentic Italian agriturismo with spacious accommodations in a beautiful historic setting. The location is convenient, within 1 hour drive or less to major Italian towns of Perugia, Spello, Spoleto, Assisi, Orvieto and Terni. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Grazie mille!

Federico, the owner was there to meet me with the keys and went out of his way to make my stay comfortable and stress free. The apartment is new and well appointed with all necessary services - dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen tools, central heating and up to date TV with Prime subscription. The place was spotlessly clean and modern. Covered, dedicated parking behind electronic gates made for a sense of security, Situated just far enough outside of Tavernelle for a countryside view yet a three minute drive from all facilities.

We had a fantastic time at Fontecristina. I can’t imagine a more beautiful setting - the pool, garden and view are stunning. The apartment itself is exquisite. Krisztina and Lucio are the perfect hosts - they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, and gave us really helpful tips for things to do and places to go to. The apartment is in a great location to visit other areas. We took day trips to Rome, Perugia, Assisi, Siena, Florence and San Morino. It is also just perfect for lazy days around the private pool, soaking in the beautiful Umbrian countryside!

Absolutely everything. Our host was exceptional. I needed urgent dental treatment, and he took the time to ring around and get me an appointment. I was incredibly grateful 🙏. His communication was top-notch. And the apartment was perfect in every way. Location (at the entrance of the castle, back in medival times, it was the clock tower and used to be the post of the kings guard. The entire apartment had everything single item you require and more. I can not tell you how perfect our stay was. Easy parking, supermarket across the road. Everything close.The best part was the bed. Pure Comfort. At night, it was so quiet. The bathroom window was so cute. The doors from the bedroom out to the inside walls of the castle were awesome. The lounge chairs are comfy and have lots of information about the area. Montepulciano and Assisi a short drive away. Locals were friendly, and inside the castle walls was like a fairytale. Amazing history. I highly recommend to anyone considering coming to this gorgeous town. The image is an aerial view that is hanging on the wall in the lounge. So beautiful

There was an excellent breakfast every morning with freshly baked bread, homemade jam and freshly squeezed juice in a breakfast basket. Every morning we also got great tips for excursions from Matijs and Gigi. The accommodation is located in beautiful countryside, everything is very clean and the apartment is comfortably furnished. The wifi was very good, even at the pool.
