Fantastic hosts, Massimiliano and his cousin, I can't thank them more for their hospitality and kindness. The location is perfect, not so much recommend to walk from the Tivoli station if you have any heavy luggage(s) with you because of the stairs and a little hills (especially when the weather is too hot during the summer), but it's for sure very doable if you have a light luggage. Besides that it was very central location, having a really nice view over some parts of Villa d'Este, close to many restaurants, bars and the centre of the Tivoli. Very welcoming and helpful hosts, exceptionally clean and nicely decorated home. I wish I can give them more than a 10/10! 100000/10! I was so sad to leave here, will definitely come back some time soon for a longer stay. Thanks for everything Massimiliano and your cousin, you are the best hosts ever!!! 💗

Stefano and his team were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very charming, our room was very beautiful (and absolutely clean, of course), very comfortable bed and great walking distance to the station, city centre and main sights.The breakfast was excellent.
