The room was basic but it was exactly what we expected. The bathroom was very nice, great water. Everything was clean. Location great with local coffee shop just next door. Mini bar was an open bar so that was nice. The host even provided band aids for our blisters which was a nice touch.

We stayed here for 3 nights and I would say that the place is great. The place is really clean, they actually tidy our room everyday. It has a very nice view, private parking and private entrance and terrace. Breakfast is very nice. Lots of choices. I especially like the little jar of jams. It’s delicious. The owner of the place is very friendly. There’s an electric kettle in our room and a fridge with bottled water which they fill up daily.

We LOVED everything about this place! Franco and Paola were the most wonderful, friendly, helpful hosts and the house and rooms are absolutely stunning. After a long day's hiking on the Via Degli Dei, Franco very kindly offered to pick us up in Monzuno to bring us to the house, he was so friendly and kind. We had amazing rooms with comfy beds and hot showers. We ate the most delicious home cooked meal in the restaurant, very fresh ingredients, amazing clementinas! Franco also took us back to our route the next day after a lovely breakfast and taught us a lot about the local area. We can't wait to back!

Convenient location, able to check in early, friendly staff, comfortable enough bed and plenty of extra blankets, hot shower and very good wifi- that is all I needed and at the very good price. Property has shared bathroom and dorm like room so there are people coming and going but it was not a problem for me.

very nice place, we were there only one night on our journey on the via degli Dei, which is a pity because it looked like a nice spot to spend some relaxing time. We asked to have dinner there and they brought it to us in the apartment, it was very homey and very good. After such a long walk it was nice way to relax.

    We loved it here! Great place, very beautiful, the pool was amazing and clean with a great view. Enough to do and see in the nearby villages to stay here for a couple of days. The rooms were clean and tidy and we had a housekeeper resheet our beds and clean our room each morning, which was unexpectedly nice.

    Excellent location in the mountains for a relaxing holiday. Within driving distance to Bologna, Florence and Venice. Very close to nice hikes. Beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, with all amenities to feel at home.

    The quiet village location was great, and we were able to get out for lots of walks around the area. We were upgraded from a dorm room to a private room for no additional cost, as they were so quiet, which suited us perfectly. The whole place was clean and comfortable.
