Most of all the host and her family - very friendly and helping. The rest was just perfect: big, clean rooms with comfortable beds and perfectly sized bathroom, location in a quiet part of town serving as very good journey base for directions like Venice, Verona, lake Garda (especially Lazise) - that's at least where we were travelling.
