Party of 12 people and we stayed in many different locations while traveling Europe and this by far was our most favorite. I have never experienced a warmer welcome than here, the owner was just so lovely and inviting, really made us feel like we were at home. Photos do not do this place justice; it is truly beautiful. Such a magical place to stay, a beautiful oasis and so peaceful, has a more authentic type of charm then new and modern and it's just perfect. Inside and out, top to bottom, this whole property was maliciously clean, couldn't fault it at all.

The owners were wonderful, they helped us to get a free parking spot (which is not easy in the area), even drove us around to show us the town. We were to 3 restaurants they recommended us and every one of them was an exeptional pick! The location of the B&B was super central and the room was extremely clean. For breakfast you will get a great coffee and a fresh croissant (i loved the one with cream filling) from the Café across the street.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It was air conditioned and we had access to a fridge. Laura and her husband were amazing! Laura was very good with communication and let us know all the best places to eat close by. She also had her husband take us for the train station on our day of check out. The room was very cheap for the amazing service.

Amazing stay at Giovanna’s B and B! Great, safe, quiet location just off the Main Street. The rooms and baths were just renovated and spotlessly clean and the building itself was very nice. Giovanna was maybe the best part — a wonderful, friendly host with great suggestions for restaurants and cafes / dessert. We would definitely stay here again!! Great value.

The bnb is less than 10 min drive from the unesco site. It is located in a quite alley and has a very convenient gated parking. iIt’s brand new, sparkling clean and decorated with taste. Beds are comfortable and thanks to the mild weather of this winter we could even enjoy the table and chairs on the balcony. Breakfast is generous but mostly sweet, coffee machine makes an excellent espresso. Owner is nice and gave us good tips

    Giuseppe was extremely kind, helpful and welcoming when we arrived and helped us put together an itinerary for our stay. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic. The location is very near to the train station and the entrance to Pompeii. We decided to visit Pompeii after checking out after our second night, because we could leave our bags at Villa Franca. We went up Vesuvius on day1 and visited Sorrento and Positano on Day 2.

    We just stayed 3 nights here, but it was such a great holiday. Francesca was so nice and helpful. House was in a great location, and parking was a bonus. It was clean, comfortable, and had much needed aircon, and we had a lovely, fresh continental breakfast each morning delivered to the door. Would definitely recommend this holiday home.

    This was an amazing place to stay on a brief trip to Pompeii. Close to the entrance of the ruins, near a supermarket and some nice restaurants and out of the way so quiet and safe. The owners were lovely and did everything they could to male our stay as good as possible. The decor and furnishings in the room are amazing and depict certain elements from within Pompeii's Villa. Highly recommend.

    The owner, and the staff, were extremely welcoming and warm people! The villa was beautiful and the rooms relaxing. The breakfast was very nice, with both an authentic Italian feeling, as well as having many options. If I’m ever in the area again I’ll definitely be staying here, and I recommend it to everyone!

    Our stay at Villa Julia was truly unforgettable! From the warm welcome we received upon arrival to the moment we left, everything was perfect. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide range of options to start our day right. Our accommodation was cozy and comfortable, providing a wonderful retreat after exploring the area. Surrounded by beautiful nature and with a stunning view of Mount Vesuvius, Villa Julia offered the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. We can't wait to return to this idyllic spot!
