Very nice and clean place. The host, Giovanni, was extremely helpful, providing us with recommendations for the best beaches and restaurants. He kindly lent us an umbrella and beach chairs. When we asked about the nearest bakery, his wife generously gave us one of their freshly baked breads. We would definitely visit again. Thumbs up! 👍

    Alberto and Evelina were very hospitable and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Location was very good as its just walking distance to the city centre. Its also not so far away from the beach (10 mins. by car). Alberto was very supportive in providing help and all the useful information we needed. We highly recommend Villa Lina.

    Mr. Aldo is very nice and helpful. He recommended us an amazing boat trip to Teulada and a walk around the sea and mountains and a perfect restaurant Mirage for lunch/dinner. The beach nearby the appartment is really beautiful! The Pinus Village area is calm and relaxing. The South Sardinia is amazing.

    A wonderful and kind host who we thoroughly enjoyed chatting with. This is a beautiful villa which is Exceptionally clean and a spacious room and bathroom. Lovely outdoor seating, a great breakfast, and lots of choices for restaurants nearby. One of our best stays in Sardinia, would highly recommend staying here, it was so beautiful.

    Very clean villa. Lovely little garden and good size terraced. Calaverde has a wonderful park like feel due to the many tall canopied pines that were left undisturbed when the commune was built. The location is also excellent as the beach (beautiful, sandy, shallows extending for 50-60 feet) is just 5 minutes walk away. Recommended!
