Wonderful place, with a very friendly and helpful host. Old interior, beautiful historic style, but renovated on an absolutely modern standard. Location very central between train station and the historic city center. Reggio is not a standard destination but very much worth a visit. We’d come back any time.

The apartment is amazingly equipped with anything you might need, everything is super clean and spacious. Very comfortable to stay for a few days. Even though the host does not speak a word of English, she was trying very hard to help us get the the location (there were constrution sites and a football game on the day we arrived which made it impossible to access the road). The host was amazingly helpful and polite, we were very grateful for her hospitality.

This apartment and its owner made my stay in Reggio Emilia just like at home. Great location, amenities, the apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for everyday life. Excellent place to stay. Nice comfortable clean room, the bathrooms were always clean and fresh, nice shower, nice kitchen area, all was perfect, and Sergio is the perfect host too. Will certainly book again on my return to Reggio Emilia. The property is only a 10 minute walk from the railway station, and close walking distance to the old city center, shopping, eating, bars etc all nearby. Would highly recomend.
