Viviana is a natural great hostess! Enjoyed her personal style in the room with wooden roof and a skylight. We loved her unique breakfast and dinner, as well with a very spot on personalised care! Will definitely return!

The apartment was very nice and really next to the city centre. It was super well decorated and it was super spacious. There were two rooms in the same apartment which makes it easier for groups of friends travelling. Owner was very helpful also with recommendations around.

All of Peccioli's attractions are within walking distance of the apartment, which is ideal as there is so much to see! It was very comfortable and was usually a pleasant temperature without needing to switch on the air conditioning. Plenty of towels and a change of bed linen were provided which was appreciated. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to any requests for information or help. The residents in the neighbouring apartments were friendly and after just a few days we started to feel quite at home!

Fabulous little apartment, in great quiet location of the very interesting, attractive town of Peccioli. The apartment has a lovely view looking north west towards Pisa, with a floor-to-ceiling open window / door where you can sit and watch the swifts diving about the church tower opposite (in the summer of course). Giorgio the owner met us and despite not speaking English or us not speaking Italian, he explained everything we needed to know easily, and in a super friendly welcoming way. The apartment has several nice touches - iPad for Spotify music, Alexa to control the lights, a selection of wines to purchase on a wine rack on the wall, a bar of chocolate, some Italian sweets, toiletries and a Lavazzo coffee pod machine with plenty of pods that lasted all week. Despite there being a sofa bed, the bed was extremely comfortable and my partner and I slept well. There was no noise outside, the air conditioning worked well and was so quiet you couldn't hear it at all. All in all, a fabulous little place in the heart of Peccioli, a Tuscan village that is trying to make its mark through its outdoor contemporary art, progressive mayor, innovative electric car transport scheme and most of all, very friendly local people who made us feel very welcome - especially Giorgio. Thanks Giorgio!

This might be the very first review I’ve ever left on Booking, even though I’ve been a member forever and travel a lot. So why now? Because this stay was so picture-perfect that I feel the host truly deserves my compliments - which I’ve already shared in private, and now want to share in public. Utterly delighted by the location, the host's kindness, the cleanliness and professionalism: thank you for everything. If you’re looking for a true Tuscan experience in an ancient borgo, look no further.

A beautiful house in the middle of the Olive trees. Andrea and Alexandra really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, and helped us a lot with getting around. The breakfast was also fresh and amazing. We hope to be back one day! :)

Well, I will start my review by saying, once again, thank you, Roberto! You definitely made yourself remarked on our trip and we’ll always remember you, Tiago and Sole Verde! The house was clean, spacious and it’s on a huge land, where you can see the grapes from where Roberto makes some wine and the olive trees that you’ll gonna probably taste the oil from. Roberto made reservations for us for dinner and gave us tips for our trip. He was very kind to search for places and recommendations for us. He also prepared a small breakfast in case we didn’t had time to buy something. He has a dog, that Ginger enjoyed very much playing with. Tiago is very friendly and a great addition to this place. (As the others reviews say, Tiago can be kept away from your part of the property, so don’t worry) In the end, the only regret we have is not having more nights to spend in this place, but we’ll make sure to return if we are ever coming back to Tuscany - which we have to, because we don’t wanna miss the steaks, Roberto!
