We stayed just for one night so our experience did not cover alle the facilities the Villa has to offer (we could not use the SPA, most notably). However, what we saw and used was invariably top-notch: the room in the dependance was large and spanking new, with nice amenities (not just coffee capsules but also infusions) and comfortable beds (a plus for the plush pillows). You wake up at the chirping of the birds in the nearby villa Durazzo (and the bustling centre of S. Margherita is a five-minute walk). Breakfast is served in an immaculate room, with all the essentials covered and something more (personal bonus for the fresh milk, quite a rarity in hotels nowadays). And, last but not least (for me at least) the ample and secure parking, which made also the third member of our holiday - our car - feel pampered, like the rest of us. In short, a welcoming, fresh accommodation to stay in Santa Margherita without the stress of the city.

Beautifully styled, very spacious home that was such a pleasure to stay in. The location is great. One block from the seaside and close to many eateries and shops. Our host was wonderful at responding when needed. The home itself does require guests to be good with stairs which was not an issue for us - great for the legs! The attention to detail in each room was so lovely to explore and uncover. I highly recommend this home for anyone keen to see what it really looks like on the inside of one of these gorgeous Italian buildings, albeit this version is clearly a beautifully designed version. Ps. The bed on the main floor was super comfortable!

The ecclecticly decorated appartement was very clean and had everything we needed. The rental agency contact was very helpful and always reachable. It is a short walk to the harbour and the fantastic local cafe/bar "il caffe del porto". The view from the veranda is beautiful and the washing machine handy for longer stays. We loved the plants on the balcony. Matresses were very comfy.

    Villa 1900 has to be one of our favourite places we’ve stayed so far this trip. Villa 1900 was spacious, clean and very close to the main part of town. It is located in such a gorgeous building with much charm. Dante was extremely welcoming and showed us how everything worked as well as suggesting great restaurants in town and ways to get around. Breakfast was delicious with such a great variety of delicious foods. My only complaint is we didn’t stay longer. Can’t wait to return again hopefully one day.
