Sarteano is a perfect base to explore Tuscany, the historic centre is picture perfect with several good local restaurants within walking distance. The palazzo is beautiful. We stayed here as a family of 4 in the green room. Everything was perfect, comfortable beds, good strong shower, clean. Breakfast was a real treat, with homemade croissants, cakes, biscuits, jam, eggs etc. Chiara, the owner is warm and friendly. We would love to visit again.

The property was super clean, comfortable, warm. It was private and secure, had heaps of character, was really quiet and had good wifi. The customer service was great, Stefano communicated really well and even gave us a little history lesson on the place

I don’t have words to express this place. The apartment is huge, just huge. It’s perfect for plenty of people but we were lucky to have this place only for me and my daughter! We stayed only one night even when owner said they don’t rent out only for one night. So thank you very much for this great opportunity. I loved the coffee machine of course. There is pizza place and gelateria close to apartment. Owner was amazing and helpful. My daughter got even introduced with the dogs as well. Parking was in the yard, not on the street. Highly recommended!!

    Stayed in very spacious duplex villa (3 adults and two kids). Extremely clean. beautiful setting in Tuscan hills. Very personable and friendly owners who took care in ensuring a welcoming arrival and friendly setting / atmosphere. Well equipped kitchen. We used location as a “base” to explore other parts of the local countryside.
