I cannot fault this property. I was visiting for the three day Moto Guzzi festival and the apartment is right in the centre about 300 metres from the statue of Carlo GUZZI. If you are going for the Guzzi festival, first week in September, this is the place to stay. Marco also speaks english at a very good level and is a genuine and nice person and very considerate of how his guests found the apartment.

This place was exactly what I was looking for - spectacular views in a quiet town on Lake Como, 5 min walk to a little swimming spot, 15 min drive to Bellagio, great air conditioning, free easy parking onsite, elevator, stylish, comfortable, flexible and responsive host, good kitchen, washing machine. Even a small deli with some basic essential groceries and a waterside dinner restaurant (not open Mondays and Tuesdays). I liked that this village has a relaxed local feeling, not in the main tourist craziness of Bellagio. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here, it is fantastic if you are looking for a stay in a smaller lakeside town and have a car to get around. If you do come by car, the entrance to the building is not where google maps says, follow the video the host sends you. It's only a block up off the main road to get to the building's gate. Otherwise you end up too far up the hill and it's very difficult to turn around. Roads are narrow around this part of the lake, not an issue unless you are a nervous or aggressive driver. Just slow down, pull over as far as you can, and wave at the oncoming driver.

Where do I start... Stefano and Laura are the kindest hosts we could have ever imagined! They welcome you into their home where you can find the room on the highest floor. That same floor has a terrace that you share with other guests and it has the most amazing views on the lake. On sunny days, you will have breakfast there and dinner as well if you would like to. The dinner is optional and prepared by Stefano himself. He delights you with the most tasty appetizers and amazing tiramisu. Also, I cannot forget to mention the amazing white wine that we could not get enough of. The rooms are very clean, have air conditioning and a television. They are very roomy and cosy as well. The bathroom has a big shower and anything else you would need. The B&B which truly is a hidden gem, can easily be reached and for your stay they ensure you have a parking spot right in front of the property. In case you need some advise on what to do during your visit to Lake Como, they are most willing to help you out on where to go or what to do. If we decide to visit Como or the surroundings again, it will be an easy choice on where to stay.

    The property is in a small village. Reaching the property is in itself a challenge in a good way. This is a small village with such narrow streets that it may be intimidating at first to drive. Parking is at https://goo.gl/maps/XDoC1uHdVM3nKz3g8. Use Google direction till you get to the village then refer Google map picture to get to the parking,

    Nice traditional italian village, quiet, not very touristic. Ms. Mara was a great host, she provided breakfast and she even cooked a delicious wellcome cake for us

    The village is on the mountains, very peaceful and the nature is amazing, around 30 minutes drive to Bellagio and a bit more to Como. The apartment was very spacious, clean, with pretty much everything you need, a decent breakfast and Mara was very responsive. Self check in and the ingredients for the breakfast already in the kitchen of the flat for you to use. Both days we were able to find parking 1 minute away from the building as per Maria's instructions. Grazie mille😀 highly recommend!

    This is a great apartment, good location, quiet area in a small and very cute village. It was a perfect stay for our night while hiking The Dorsale (a little further to the trail head than expected, but still worth it!). Mara is very responsive, lovely and resourceful! The apartment was clean, easy to find and to access. Confortable with everything you need in the kitchen. The breakfast offered by Mara is just perfect: homemade cake, yogourt, cookies, toasts, water and juices.
