Everything was above expectations: a new, well equipped and spotless apartment with air conditioning and mosquito nets in windows, outdoor dining under olive trees, beautifull clean pool with panoramic views and horses , of course. We spent perfect holidays here, the apartment was great strating point for various nice excursions and trips both to the nature and Umbria towns and villages.

Just in front of the train station, and not far from the center. Rita is very helpful and nice. The room is very clean and quiet, with tv, and the bed is comfortable. In the kitchen, coffee machine, fridge, and filtered water are available. There are also shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom.

Excellent location for traveling around Umbria, a beautiful view of the entire valley from the window of the apartment. Very hospitable host Leonardo, told about many attractions in the area, his mother presented 2 bottles of milk and delicious cookies upon check-in.
