We are a family of 6 and spent 2 nights at Ai Patrizi di Venezia. The apartment is magnificent! It's large and suitable for so many people. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Towels, sheets, pillows and duvets were sufficient. The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything we needed. There is a nice terrace. The apartment was sparkling clean! Perfectly located near the Rialto Bridge, it's actually in the center of the city, a 10-minute walk from San Marco Cathedral. We were greeted very kindly and friendly at the reception. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had the opportunity to leave our luggage at the reception after the check-out . This is definitely the best place where we have ever stayed - clean, luxurious and comfortable! It really deserves a 10 point rating, for sure!

The location is very close to the train/bus station so if you don’t like walking with luggage this is the place for you because other than taking a water taxi, Venice is very much pedestrian so you have to walk everywhere. The room made you feel like you were in a palace, everything about it was magical. The breakfast was very delicious and made on the spot by the hotel staff. One thing to note, because for us it was a novelty: they hand you a menu with a lot of options, try not to order too much because everything you order will come on a different plate as a meal of its own. Order what you would like to eat first and then order some more once you’ve seen the portions.

A highly recommended accommodation. It exceeded all our expectations! The lady owner is so kind, nice, and hospitable.... I haven't met such a wonderful person for a long time. She kindly offered a larger room with a private garden, even though we had booked a smaller one, which I have never experienced before. Also, since we were in a hurry, she offered to serve us breakfast half an hour earlier. Everything is clean and nice, even though the furniture is rustic. It actually adds a special charm to the ambiance! I strongly recommend it! We will come again and we know where to stay!"

The owner was very communicative and helped us book a transport directly from the airport to the villa. The check-in was really easy and everything was perfect.

    Love the villa. It was very clean. And kitchen was fully equipped and clean. Neat, clean and big bathroom. Love the bedroom it was very big. Loved the living room. This villa is in central location. Nearby many restaurants, fish shop, bakeries and store. Hotel owner was very nice and friendly. She guided us about venice very well. She also gave us complimentary biscuits which were delicious. I will definitely recommend this hotel

    Loved loved Elena's gem of a holiday home! With all of the comforts and facilities, it exceeded our expectations. Our host was very accommodating, check in/out was smooth with plenty of instructions. Great location too, not far from restaurants and cute coffee shops. We will definitely be staying here again!.
