The villa was beautiful, and the view was incredible looking over Lake Ashi and Hakone. It was amazing to see Mt Fuji from the dining able and top deck. The sauna and jacuzzi were great touches, the air conditioning was easy to use and change, and the wooden bath was very relaxing. It was great to be able to use the washing machine facilities half way through our holiday.

Everything. The house is very clean. The furniture and equipments are stylish and high tech. It is a pleasure to live in such a wooden house! The staff is great and helpful. They helped us to buy flower boutique and recommended us some restaurants for dinner. The restaurant place are very far and it is not recommended to go. The utensils in the kitchen are very adequate. The night view is stunning as well!

Location is good. Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast and Dinner are delicious. The owners Mr. and Mrs. Hattori are very nice, polite and helpful. Mr. Hattori speaks very good English. He provided us a lot of accurate, useful, and detailed information about Hakone before and during our stay in Jemsty Inn Hakone Ashinoko. The villa itself is really nice. Loads of room, great projector for watching movies etc. Air Con everywhere which was really appreciated and very clean. Communication with the owners was via Booking.com and was very quick and helpful. Located right next to the bus depot, Pirate ship and 7-Eleven. Super handy.

A beautiful two-storey house with traditional features. Clean, spacious, & well-equipped kitchen - Perfect for families! A short walk from Hakone-machi bus stop & pirate ship port. Fantastic & authentic restaurants within a few hundred metres. Views of Mt Fuji from the shoreline. Lots of scenic walking trails nearby. Highly recommend Yoichi Inn!

Family of 9 including a toddler came to stay here. It is located right by the lake with beautiful views to wake up to! It’s walking distance to the lake boat ride too. Hakone is a quiet town so the town itself is small but the property is huge, good amenities, easy to get to by car and comfortable. We bought food from a supermarket before driving to the location and enjoyed a meal on the day. The single washing machine + dehumidifier helped us massively to wash and dry clothes after a long trip. There is a fridge, rice cooker, cooker, all the things you would need to make simple meals. Didn’t notice any salt / pepper though could be wrong.

Very spacious, traditional Japanese house in the countryside. Wake up to uguisu calling! My kids loved exploring the yard and working the bikes and discovering the nooks and crannies around the house (and also talking to the Alexa device and getting it to play music!). There were also a lot of interesting things to touch and play with in the house which was great for kids. Nothing was off limits! The kitchen is very well-equipped (we didn't use the indoor bbq) and there was a great onsen 500M up the road (closes at 7pm, 850yen for adults, about half that for children). The owner lives near by and popped over to explain the house to us as soon as we arrived. We used this as a base to explore the Deep Sea Aquarium at Nezu port but we could have happily spent a quiet day in the house. Shops are a short drive away. We didn't get to try the cafe but it looked amazing. Views of Mt Fuji 2min walk down the road. We would like to have the time to explore this part of Japan more.
