It's a beautiful Japanese house that has been meticulously renovated in a way that we were just in awe. We would have loved to stay much longer! It's a place, where you will feel at ease right away. Host is an extremely nice person, I was offered every amenity I could think of and got some coffee and snacks for free. It's a really old house, so don't expect anything new and shiny to be in there. All in all I got really good value for the night I stayed there!

One of the best places I’ve stayed at during my time in Japan! The room is comfortable, the view from the shared kitchen is amazing and the hosts are really nice and helpful. I didn’t have a car but there’s a bus stop nearby with 4-5 busses a day in each direction - so if you wanna visit Aoshima or Udo Jingu it‘s easily accessible from there, even without a car!
