Everything was extremely clean and simply perfect. Ken is the best host you can find. His house is totally fully equipped. All sort of things you need there are inside the flat. The flat is extremely quiet and peaceful No issue for finding him and no problems for the keys He replies fastly to email and to phone calls and HE SPEAKS ENGLISH :) Super suggested!!!!!

The hosts are such cute and lovely people. They offered me various recommendations on where to eat and what to see and do. They allowed me to use their bicycle for free to explore the city, and even gave me a huge apple as a parting gift :’) I felt so well taken care of. A wonderful home! It was so lovely that we actually booked it again when our flight changed. I was travelling with my four children and the kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was excellent and the children enjoyed a bath. Everything was great. The host was also excellent. We were able to comfortably park our Nissan Serena in the car bay. Lots of lovely spots to eat nearby too. I hope we can return to Japan and we would definitely stay again.

The location and standard of amenity were superb. The hotel was easily accessible by public transport, locally or to / from the airport. The hot tubs on the top floors are a delight! I had a spacious Japanese style room overlooking the beach and out to sea, perfect for my last night in Japan. Women have a choice of yukata and there are plenty of drinks available in hotel lounge, though as the season slows, they maybe need.more attention to maintain supply. The evening buffet was diverse, plentiful, delicious and very welcome since there was nowhere locally for a snack or lunch. I had great help from a member of staff who spoke excellent English and found and organised a very straightforward (but not obvious) solution for getting me to the airport. Other staff either didn't know about it or couldn't explain and my Japanese wasn't nearly good enough to work it out.

The guest house was equipped with all the amenities one might need for a pleasant stay, the room was comfortable and the price to value is fantastic. Furthermore the accommodation is not very far from the station, so staying mobile is made simple, and the Awaodori Kaikan which grants access to Mt. Bizan and allows a look into the cultural history of the Awa province/Tokushima prefecture.
