It is a wonderful Onsen hotel in the heart of Nagano. The people working there a wonderful, helpful, the politeness is beyond every standard, even for Japan. The hosts are very lovely. They have bbq facility on site (1500 yen fee) which I highly recommend! It’s nice to have outdoor bbq. However, keep in mind that you will need to bring your own ingredients. To access this accomodation you will require a car as it is a bit far from the downtown.

Top ryokan with beautiful shared and private onsen. The breakfast and meal were really good and large. It’s definitely worth paying extra for the meal. The town has so many beautiful walks and looks great in blossom season.
