This place was amazing! The host was extremely kind and helpful. We went specially for the Ice Village at Hoshino Resort and the host picked us up at the train station. The room was extra cozy and comfy. The beds were INCREDIBLY comfortable and the food was AMAZINNNNNNG! It was in our fridge ready for us so we could eat whenever we wanted which was nice.

Wow! Loved every aspect of this accommodation! The location. The furnishings all new but beautifully rustic. The surrounding forestry/ local walks and river.. The full amenities of the cabin. Full kitchen. Open plan living room with comfy bed futons! Great bathroom with washing machine. Great host!! Many thanks Kazu for meeting and greeting us at your lovely woodland cabin! We stayed literally home at Kazu’s (the host) place and he looked after us so well and helped us with a super stay. Fantastic home made breakfast He helped us booking and taking us to a restaurant nearby. After he installed us at the restaurant he invited us for a whisky tasting of his Japanese favourites. The most helpful and kind host I have ever met. Thanks a lot for a memorable stay.

Very close to Daisetsuzan National Park. You can see beautiful hills and snowy peaks from the house. It's peaceful and surrounded by Nature. The host Toru-san is very kind and generous. The room is really cosy. The breakfast made by Toru are very tasty and generous, and he will accommodate special diet, if you let him know. 11/10 for this stay !!
