The house was exactly like on the photos and very very clean! The housekeeping was really friendly and thorough. The A/C was very modern and worked really well. Also the kitchen was quite good equipped.

Guruge is the kindest person. Except from having a beautiful home and garden, he is very sweet and helpful with everything. Me and my friend stayed here. We’re two girls and he made sure we didn’t have to walk anywhere in the dark in the evenings, offered to help with everything. He made us amazing home made food with food growing in his tree. He told us a lot of insights about Hikkaduwa too!

This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay! In terms of location and being right on the beach, you can't ask for more, we loved it. The room was exceptionally clean and we really appreciated having a little fridge too, which was a nice surprise. The breakfast was very tasty, and Saman and his family looked after us during our stay. We have stayed in seven different places so far whilst in Sri Lanka, and this one is in our top two. Thank you so much!

It is a lovely hotel set amongst greenery. I was given the room as requested. It was nice to have many windows and to listen to birds singing in the morning. The hotel is well organised like apartments with the kitchen and dedicated boxes for guests to store their items on the shelves and in the refrigerators. There’s a big dining area. Otherwise, it’s a 5 minutes walk to the Beach Road with lots of eateries.

This is the best place I have stayed in Sri Lanka and possibly in the world. What a hidden gem!! The location is absolutely stunning, right on the beach facing directly west with the most amazing sunsets every night. The staff are incredible, it’s a super welcoming family business run by Indika and as a solo female traveller I really appreciated the personal touches and time they took to sit with me and chat. I had everything I needed and more. Cannot recommend this place enough.
