The location was fantastic with a great view on one side and secluded bush on the other. It was rustic but with all the mod cons. John and Katherine were the perfect hosts. I loved my stay here and will definitely book again!

Lovely stay with two small kids at Kotare house. The hosts Alysn and Brian are super welcoming and we felt at home. The kids loved the garden and we enjoyed the spectacular views. Swimming in Anchor Bay nearby is just perfect.

Some unique features include bananas growing in the garden, two species of native parrots flying overhead and the sounds of Kookaburras calling to each other. We had the privilege of staying here for the night and we absolutely loved our stay. Thank you so much for having us Josie, you were so welcoming and so lovely. Would recommend this place 100 times over if you're after a little get away with hubby or even alone, it is so peaceful and quiet. Such a lovely little spot to relax at. We loved having a wee break away from reality in this cute, cozy cottage.
