The staff was superb, handling our large group with utmost professionalism and a personal touch, making us feel truly at home.The rooms impressed us greatly – they were spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The local-flavored decor added an authentic touch, much appreciated by everyone in the group.A standout feature of Hostería de Anita was its spacious courtyard. This serene and beautifully landscaped area provided a perfect setting for our group to relax and socialize after a day of touring. Exceptional beyond words! Yoel and Cedelia and their family are the most gracious hosts. They arranged for a pickup as the location is a bit away from the city. The room itself was spectacular- spot clean, beautifully furnished and cozy. They prepared traditional Peruvian dinner and the food (dinner and breakfast) is delicious. The hosts really took care to provide tea and hot water bottle to ensure a warm night sleep. The location is close to an Inca site and Cedelia took me personally there, providing wonderful insights on the history and the nature around us. The views from the Sky Dome are mesmerising. This was one of my most memorable stays in Peru. Highly recommended.

Estela and her husband are wonderful and greeted us with a smile after trekking to Machu Picchu. Their warmth is a great touch you don't get at most hotels now. They were extremely accommodating holding our bags before we had even checked in. Also, they had hot showers which is difficult to find in Cucso. Highly recommend staying here!!

**Perfect stay at Zans Apartments in Cusco** We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Zans Apartments in Cusco. This well-run family business exceeded all our expectations. The host was very hospitable and helpful, reliable, and always greeted us with a warm smile, making us feel right at home. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the city center, which made exploring Cusco very convenient. The apartments are spacious, impeccably clean, and provided us with all the comfort we needed. The breakfast was delicious, a great way to start our days. The host also went above and beyond in helping us organize trips, such as the Inca trail to Machu Picchu, the Manu rainforest jungle tour, and the trip to Rainbow mountains, ensuring that everything was arranged perfectly. Their flexibility and service-oriented approach made our stay truly enjoyable. We can't recommend Zans Apartments enough and will definitely be coming here again.

Everything was perfect, bed was SO COMFORTABLE. It is quiet, I could get some well needed rest. The shower was hot and there is a small heater in the room. It is in the city center.

Given circumstances and the fact that hotel is build on floating island host did an excellent job making sure our room has all the accommodations.     Well located, just right for old town but not so noisy. It’s like a tiny village with loft style units. Good bed, good shower. Breakfast you make yourself, to suit yourself. We loved it.
