Breakfast was good, rather simple, though. Wifi worked great. Location is outstanding. A beautiful site! Staff, all family as far as I know, was polite and courteous at all times! Highly recommended if you want to stay outside urban centers.

The property was exactly like in the pictures and it was really clean and packed with loads of details. The hosts went the extra mile allowing us to check out later. They were replying to messages really quick and were understanding when we provoked a small issue with one chair in the living room. Barcelos is a very nice town very convenient to visit Braga, Guimaraes and Porto. It's full of places to eat and have drinks and do some nice sightseeing too I would recommend this property 100%

Very good room in the center of Barcelos for a very good price. We had a room with 3 persons and 3 single beds. Very new and comfortable. Downstairs is a kitchen and living room so you can chat there with other people staying there. That was very nice!

The standard of the facilities, the location, the staff and the breakfast were all exceptional. We view this as the best hotel for the money that we stayed in on our Porto to Santiago pilgrimage. We both thought the breakfast was perfect and prepared for another big day of Camino walking. We would certainly come back to this hotel.

    The location is great, close to Porto and Braga and some other nice cities. Barcelos is also a very lovely village to be in. The property is nice with a great garden. The room it self is okay. Dresser, desk, bigger bathroom and a small tv. Well equipped shared kitchen. No kitchenette in any room. The staff and owner are very sweet.

    In excellent condition and a really exceptional family Villa. Our children played all day in the pool, and on the land and us adults had a great time enjoying the BBQ. Excellent landlord who comes and cleans the pool, but is so so lovely!

    Beautiful place, full of history!!! Great atmosphere and climate of the place. Highly recommend. 6 minutes from the Villa is lidl, you can go and do your grocery shopping. However, it is hard to get around without a car.

    The hosts are very warm and welcoming, accommodating our requests. The house is classic and beautiful, typical of the area. Family room was very convenient and spacious, and easily accommodates four people. The property is in general very neat and well maintained. Even thought we did not try the pool (it was Winter), it looked good. The location is very convenient for visiting friends and family in the neighboring villages, and the view is very nice. There are common facilities, which can be used for family/friend reunions.
