    Everything!!! Just renovated with style keeping the Portuguese soul. We found all we needed (well equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa and beds, spacious bathrooms and showers,…) in a quite and strategic place; despite being very close to Mafra and Ericeira, the villa’s position safeguards your privacy and grants you relax. Ah…Hosts were great: super welcoming and helpful!

    The village is absolutely fabulous, the views are amazing, it is very quiet, a good connection with the nature and the past times. The village is very authentic and very well preserved and offers an unique experience. I totally recommend it. Diogo, our host was very friendly and always there to meet our needs.     The whole stay at Aldeia da Mata Pequena was an experience. The ambience of the old portugese village was really authentic and we really enjoyed discovering all the authentic facilities inside the house. The breakfast with the warm bread delivered in the morning was just the cherry on top.

    Food provided for breakfast was extremely generous and delicious. Accommodation is self catering. A fresh loaf of the most delicious bread was delivered still warm every morning sometimes together with fresh pastries. Village has a friendly, open atmosphere. We had a wonderful rest - life is gentle, human and slow. Local towns and beaches are great. Lots to do nearby.

    Beyond expectation comfort and service. Truly unique experience in heritage village. Very clean. Excellent and personal service by Anna! Freshly baked bread delivered daily, healthy breakfast and ensures all our needs are met. So glad we found this place.

    Liked the house, the flowers outside, patio, ginginha, warm bread in the morning, snacks in fridge! Fresh apples! All the animals in the village! Tatiana is just a delight! Cats visiting everyday so sweet!
