It is not as often to get everything exactly like on the advertisement photos. The hotel is new and seems it will stay as good as the time goes by. All the staff was super polite. I would say that this is one of my favorite customer experiences. The studio we stayed at was a compact room with a kitchenette, dining table/work station, super comfy queen size bed and good size toilet. Soundproofing is supreme. I have practiced violin in the room and nobody complained. Beforehand I have consulted with the reception if practicing without a mute is allowed. The management is trying to reduce food waste and with that in mind breakfast size is well thought off. I didn't find it to be small but rather the opposite, just enough. Coffee and tea selection again smaller but taste is of a higher quality. There are multiple areas designed to make this not just a hotel but experience. The glass dome garden in the middle is a perfect place for breakfast and board games as well as reading a book. They have co-working areas if you need to do some work. The gym is available but I didn't have the time to check it. It's located approximately 25 minutes by feet from the old town and city center. It is built in a lovely neighborhood. There are multiple bus stops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. Overall I would recommend it highly!

We loved the location, breakfast was great with a lot of food choise. Beds so comfortable and app so clean and cosy. Great staff we asked at the reception train and bus information and the brunette girl was so kind and ready to help. Aldo the day we check in the guy that answered the phone (as it was outside the reception hours) was so patient and helpful. Higly reccomend

    Villa Elena is an extraordinary place. It is a huge villa and the decoration is marvelous. It is kind of a museum - the house is filled with antiques of a very high quality. Just walking around in the house is a great experience. It is nice with a safe, private parking right next to the house. As vegans we had a very satisfying breakfast. Friendly houselords.
